Exchange Policy

7-Day Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with the original sales receipt and original brand packaging.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

✓ In new condition

✓ Unused and unwashed

✓ Unaltered and undamaged

✓ Returned with all original tags intact

✓ Accompanied by the original sales receipt and brand packaging

Important Notice

Used, mishandled, or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.

Claims regarding damaged merchandise must be made within:

• 3 days of purchase for in-store orders

• 3 days of delivery for online orders

Please allow up to 3 weeks for claim processing and exchange fulfillment.

Sale & Promotional Items

If an item has undergone a price reduction due to a sale or promotion, it is only eligible for exchange at the new, discounted price.

No exchanges are allowed during sales or promotional events.

Items purchased on sale or promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
