REFUND POLICY
- Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with the original sales receipt and original brand packaging.
- Items must be in new condition unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with all original tags intact to qualify for exchange.
- Exchange requests can be initiated via email at customersupport@hoshbay.com or by calling us at +92 322-6263647 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- If an item has undergone a price reduction due to a sale or promotion, it is only eligible for exchange at the new, discounted price.
- Used, mishandled, or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.
- Claims regarding damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase for in-store orders, or within 3 days of delivery for online orders.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for claim processing and exchange fulfillment.
- No exchanges are allowed during sales or promotional events.
- Items purchased on sale or promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
